  1. 20sec hollow hold + 20 sec superman hold
  2. 45 sec alt pistol squats / single legged box squats
  3. 20sec hi plank hold + 20sec low plank hold
  4. 45 sec alt single legged glute bridge

c) easy aerobic exercise

  • pick your time and distance, but keep intensity low!
  • bike/run/walk/etc…
