1) 10-15 wb (rest for remaining time)

2) 3-5 single arm plate ohs (r&l arm) @5/10 kg plate (rest for remaining time)

3) 3-5 hang power clean+push jerk @add your weight from easy -> ”Grace” weight (rest for remaining time)



For Time

  • 30 Clean-and-Jerks (60/42,5kg)

Power cleans or full cleans are acceptable. Athlete may re-set after the clean or catch the bar in the rack position for the clean and push straight into the jerk without pausing. However snatches are not allowed.
