- 1 minute Hand Release Push-Ups
- 1 minute Rest
and for last…
- Run 500m
First, run your ass off! When you finish your run, start second phase of this workout.
Perform 1 minute of work at each of the 4 stations. Move immediately to the next station after 1 minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. One-minute break is allowed before repeating each round. One point is given for each rep.
And third phase is run again like there’s no tomorrow!!!
Score is the total time of your workout and number of repetitions completed in the 3 rounds.
