  • in teams of 2 complete each event
  • count and add up both team members reps per event. The winner is a team, who raised the most reps in all 3 events.
  • rest  4 minutes between wods!!

  • Amrap 10′
  • 200m run
  • air squat (both team members, count your reps!)

 

WOD #2: Row & pull

  • 3 rounds
  • 500m row
  • pull up (Both team members, count your reps!)

 

WOD #3: Farmer carry & burpee

  • Amrap 10′
  • Around the gym Farmer carry kb 24kg
  • burpee (Both team members, count your reps!)
